This Return Policy applies to all rental agreements with Snyxarontyphralo. As a rental service, our return policy differs from standard retail return policies. This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Rental Period

The rental period is specified in your rental agreement. Items must be returned at the agreed collection time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Collection Service

We provide collection services for all rental items. Our team will collect items at the agreed time and location. You are responsible for ensuring items are accessible for collection.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, subject to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor scuffs or marks that do not affect the item's functionality or appearance.

The following are considered beyond normal wear and tear:

  • Stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
  • Broken or damaged components
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Excessive damage requiring repair or replacement

5. Damage and Loss

If items are damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the retail value of the item.

We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery and reporting any pre-existing damage immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
  • 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund and assist you in finding alternative arrangements where possible.

7. Your Rights Under UK Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  • Receive services that are performed with reasonable care and skill
  • Receive services that are completed within a reasonable time
  • Receive services at a reasonable price (if not agreed in advance)

If we fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to have the service performed again at no extra cost.

8. Disputes

If you have any concerns about charges or the condition of returned items, please contact us within 7 days of collection. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any issues fairly.
